Why Shift Hub
A shift touches more than a calendar. There’s the person working it, the location relying on them, the cover when plans change and the hours someone needs to review. Shift Hub brings those pieces together.
The product we’re building
Shift Hub is an employee scheduling and time-tracking web app for hourly teams. Its connected workflow covers schedules, availability, phone clock-ins, cover requests, chat, announcements and time-record review.
The product is in use within an existing configured operation. We are evaluating the fit for new businesses through walkthroughs and assisted pilots, with their setup and access needs reviewed before rollout.
How to get startedThree principles behind the product
From an employee checking tomorrow’s start time to a manager resolving an exception, the important information should be easy to find and act on.
Staff opening the site should reach sign-in or their app. Their daily experience starts with their work, while this business website helps new teams decide whether Shift Hub fits.
A time record means more when the person, shift and location stay connected. A correction should carry a reason, and an estimated finish should stay visibly different from a confirmed one.
Useful software needs to match the operation using it. We review setup, access, scheduling rules and the payroll handoff instead of treating every company as the same configuration.
The most useful conversation starts with a real problem. Tell us about shared employees, a difficult closing shift or the time-record issue you keep chasing. Use sample scenarios; employee records are not needed to start.
