One view across your sites

Multiple locations. One connected team.

When staff work at more than one location, separate schedules and chats make it harder to see a gap or a double booking. Shift Hub brings location schedules and shared employees into one operating view.

01 / THE WORKFLOW

Keep the location attached to the work

Set up the locations and roles your team uses. Plan shifts at the right site, connect eligible employees to the work and keep the location visible in time records. That context matters when one person works a retail shift in the day and another role at a different site at night.

02 / THE WORKFLOW

See coverage across the team

The live board shows who is clocked in, while scheduling and cover requests show where work still needs a person. Managers can review shared employees rather than comparing separate spreadsheets. Open-shift claims check overlapping work before accepting a new assignment.

03 / THE WORKFLOW

Review hours with location context

Weekly timesheet views bring the person’s hours together and show work by business. Hourly wages, fixed salary and qualifying shift allowances are treated separately. Managers can use that context to investigate a surprising total instead of guessing which location recorded it.

Check the setup against your business structure

Multiple locations within one operation are different from separate customer accounts. A new company’s pilot is set up separately from other companies. Within a company, roles are shared across its operation rather than being a promise of manager access restricted to individual locations. We review who needs access and which sites they manage before introducing employee records.

Is this suitable for a small retail group?

A retail group with shared staff and recurring shifts is a useful fit to evaluate. Bring your location count, employee count and common coverage problems to a walkthrough.

Can separate companies create private accounts today?

New companies start with an assisted setup discussion. Each supported pilot uses a separate company workspace. There is no public self-service signup, and access and data-handling requirements are reviewed before onboarding.

Does multi-location support mean multiple timezones?

No. The current schedule and pay-week behavior uses America/Toronto. Multi-timezone configuration needs separate product work.

It all works together.
