What the form collects
We collect your name, email, business name, team-size range, location count, optional description of your needs and permission to contact you. We also record the time and an optional campaign label. A protected hash of the requesting network address helps limit repeated submissions; the form does not store the raw address in the inquiry record. Our hosting provider may separately process standard request logs.
Why we use it
We use the inquiry to assess fit, arrange a demonstration and follow up on the setup you asked about. Submitting this form does not start a subscription or enroll you in a newsletter. It does not create an employee account.
Where it goes
The inquiry is stored with our application data and made available in the platform owner’s lead inbox. It is not posted to staff chat or included in the AI assistant’s operational context. Hosting and database service providers process data to run the website. Demo requests are not sent to an AI model for scoring.
Your choices
Keep employee names, pay records, identification documents and other sensitive material out of the form. You can ask us to correct or remove your inquiry by replying to our follow-up or submitting a new request marked “Remove my demo inquiry” with the same email. We verify the request before removal. The owner can delete inquiries from the inbox; routine backups may retain earlier copies until they are replaced.
This notice describes demo inquiries. Employee records and any future paid service need their own agreed privacy, retention and service terms.
