Pricing & pilots
The right fit comes first.
Shift Hub starts with a walkthrough and an assisted setup discussion. We agree the supported scope, price and next steps with you before any commitment. There are no published subscription tiers or instant self-service trials today.
01 / Explore the fit
Start with a demo.
Walk through the scheduling and time-record problems your team needs to solve.
- A look at the manager and employee experience.
- A sample week with your typical shift patterns.
- A discussion of locations, access and setup needs.
- Clear answers about what is supported today.
No payment details or employee records required.
02 / Agree the rollout
A pilot scoped for your team.
If the fit is right, discuss an assisted pilot with a written scope and quote.
- The participating locations and team size.
- The workflows and setup included in the pilot.
- Support expectations and the review point.
- Setup and ongoing costs before you proceed.
Payroll approvals and exports remain disabled for a new pilot until your company’s rules and handoff are validated. A demo request does not create a paid account.

A quote should explain the whole setup.
Bring your headcount and location count, but also the work that makes your business different. These details help establish whether a pilot is useful.
| Discuss together | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| People and locations | Who needs access, who manages the operation and whether employees move between sites. |
| Scheduling rules | Your time zone, week start, overnight shifts and recurring coverage. |
| Setup and support | Roster import, manager orientation, staff sign-in and the support you expect. |
| Time records and payroll | How exceptions are reviewed, which outputs you need and what must be validated before handoff. |
| Success and next steps | The problems the pilot should resolve and the decision before expanding it. |

Is Shift Hub free?
Shift Hub does not offer a published free plan. You can request a walkthrough without providing payment details. A supported pilot’s price and scope are discussed before you decide whether to proceed.
Do I need a credit card to request a demo?
No. The demo form asks for your contact information, business name, team-size range and location count. It does not collect a card or start a subscription.
Can I create a company account immediately?
Not through public self-service signup. A new business starts with a fit review and assisted setup. That review includes access needs, location structure, scheduling rules and data-handling expectations.
Can you guarantee support for our payroll system?
No. Bring the payroll provider and output requirements to the discussion. A new pilot’s payroll approvals and exports are disabled until its pay rules and handoff are validated; a direct integration is not promised.
