Shift Hub is a web-based employee scheduling and time-tracking app for hourly teams. Managers plan shifts, coordinate coverage, see who is clocked in and review timesheet exceptions. Employees use their phones to see work, clock in and out, request cover and stay in touch.
Shift Hub focuses on retail and location-based service teams with recurring shifts and shared employees. It is particularly useful to evaluate when one team works across several sites. A walkthrough checks your headcount, location structure, time zone and review process before setup.
Yes. Staff use the web app in a compatible browser and can add it to their home screen. Opening shifthubapp.com takes staff to sign-in, or directly into the app if they have a valid session. Clocking requires an internet connection; push notifications depend on the device and permissions.
Start by requesting a demo. We review your workflows, discuss setup and agree the scope and price of a supported pilot before any commitment. Shift Hub does not currently offer public self-service signup, published subscription tiers or an instant free trial.
No. Shift Hub supports time-record review, while payroll processing, deductions and payments stay with your payroll provider. Payroll approvals and exports for a new pilot remain disabled until your company’s pay rules and handoff have been validated.
