Retail teams
Employee scheduling for retail teams with more than one store.
Opening the doors takes the right people in the right place. Shift Hub helps retail managers bring each store’s schedule, shared employees and day-to-day attendance into one view.

Start with each store’s coverage
Plan opening, floor and closing roles against the work each store needs. Review availability and approved time off before assigning a shift, then publish a schedule staff can check on their phones. Keep a draft separate while managers settle the details.
- Keep the store and role visible on each shift.
- Reuse a recurring pattern, then review this week’s changes.
- See unconfirmed and unfilled work before it becomes a surprise.
Share employees without losing the full picture
A person helping at the North Store is not automatically free to close downtown. Review their work across locations and handle cover through a shared process. Open-shift claims check overlapping work, availability and time off; managers should also consider travel time between adjacent assignments.
Give staff a simple route into the day
Employees open the app, find their shift and clock in with their own account. Managers can check who is working across sites and find records that need review. When someone forgets to clock out after a close, the record stays a question to resolve rather than silently becoming a confirmed finish time.
Try a store week before deciding
Bring a sample week with two locations, a shared employee, an opening shift and one last-minute absence. We’ll walk through planning, the staff phone view and a time-record correction. Review your time zone, roles and access needs before any rollout; manager access restricted to individual stores is not a general feature today.
Good questions. Clear answers.
A few things you might be wondering.
Have a question about your team’s setup? Talk it through with us.
Can one employee work at multiple stores?
Yes. Shared staff can be scheduled across locations within a configured operation. Locations remain attached to shifts and time records, and cover claims check overlapping assignments.
Does Shift Hub connect to our point-of-sale system?
There is no general point-of-sale integration offered today. A demo focuses on scheduling, coverage, attendance and time-record review. Tell us if sales-based staffing or a specific integration is required so we can assess the fit.
Can each store manager see only their own store?
Do not assume location-restricted permissions. Current manager roles operate across the configured company. We review the access boundaries you need before agreeing to a pilot.
